Horia Costin Chiriac is an associate professor at the Department of Communication Sciences and Public Relations, Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences (“Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași). He is currently teaching Public Speaking, Practice of Argumentation, Rhetoric, Political Rhetoric, Semiotics and Aesthetics. He has held postdoctoral research mobilities in France and Italy. His recently published work includes two books, the coordination of one collective volume,  over  50 articles in scientific journals and collective volumes, and more than 14 participations in international conferences. In 2016 he was awarded with the Professor Bologna Medal for the teaching activity at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.
