Ioana Grancea is a Ph.D. Lecturer in the Department of Communication Science and Public Relations at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences, "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iaşi, Romania. Her teaching and academic works cover psychoanalytical approaches to creative writing, art direction, and public reception in advertising, the visual rhetoric of cinematography, and the design of deliberative processes. She has published two academic books (Dimensiunea retorică a imaginii publicitare, Institutul European, 2017 and Strategii metacognitive în procesul de scriere academică, Tritonic, 2022), as well as a significant number of scholarly articles published in peer-reviewed journals.
