In the frame of the Swiss-European Mobility Programme a Mobility Agreement has been reached between the Theological Faculty of Chur (Switzerland) and the Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences within the ‘Alexandru Ioan Cuza’ University of Jassy (Romania).
Prof. Dr. Michael Fieger (Chur) gave lectures and seminars at ‘Al. I. Cuza’ University, Jassy (12th – 17th of October 2015).
The topics included the following:
- The influence of linguistic on the philosophical thought;
- Terminology in Semitic and Indo-Germanic languages;
- Bible and its linguistic traditions.
Possibilities of future cooperation and development were taken under discussion, including extending the exchange programme to students and researchers within the above-mentioned institutions.
