Daniel-Rareș Obadă, Ph.D., is currently Associate Professor and Director of the Department of Communication Sciences and Public Relations within the Faculty of Philosophy and Socio-Political Sciences at the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iași (UAIC), Romania. His research, extensively published in international journals, focuses on public relations, integrated marketing communication, and both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Dr. Obadă is an active member of several prestigious academic and professional organizations, including the European Marketing Academy (EMAC), the Romanian Association of Public Relations (ARRP), the Romanian Press History Association (ARIP), and the Association for Innovation and Quality in Sustainable Business (BASIQ). He also contributes to the global scientific community by serving on the editorial boards and reviewing for numerous international communication and interdisciplinary journals. As a researcher, Dr. Obadă has led and participated in various national and international research projects. His recent work focuses on high-impact contemporary themes such as flow theory, fake news, sustainable marketing communications, and the impact of AI on PR practice. With a strong professional background as a former marketing director and agency founder, Dr. Obadă uniquely bridges the gap between rigorous academic theory and practical industry application.
